Cost Advice
Designs, specifications and budget are developed in unison. The cost implications of design modifications are made clear throughout the process, allowing the client to retain control.
When the project is approved, the cost is fixed and we work hard to ensure we maintain our track record of completing projects on-time and to budget.
If our client does require changes after work has commenced on site, the cost changes are calculated and submitted for approval prior to commencement while the project proceeds.
